• 2 adult occupancy. No other overnight guest allowed 

• NO SMOKING INSIDE! $500 fee will be charged

• There is an outside area with a cigarette butt container. Please be respectful and clean up after yourself 

• No driving or parking on the grass. Open parking is available to all our overnight guests

• No loud music. Quiet time is 10pm-9am

• No parties or events at suite                         

• All garbage and pop cans must be thrown away

• No fish cleaning 

*Checking In & Out*

Key code door entrance: Go in and out as you please with ease. This is a stand alone suite so no doorman or host on site. A door code will be given 1 hour before checkin.

Check in: 2pm

Check out: 11am

Quiet time: 10pm-9am

*Security*: Key code access

We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.

Damaged or missing items from the rooms or property (during or post check out) will be charged to your credit card on file. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

• Our rates are non-negotiable and are subject to any state, local or other taxes that apply at the time of booking

• PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly.
-Full refund if cancelled before 48 hour
-There will be No Refunds for (short-notice) less than 48 hour cancellation.
